This Monday marked the start of the 2025/2026 academic year at the three campuses of the Escola Universitària de la Salut i l’Esport, located in Salt, Terres de l’Ebre (Tortosa and Amposta) and Bellvitge, where welcomed a total of nearly 500 new students who have joined the EUSES family and have begun our degree programmes in Physiotherapy, Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, and Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
At the end of this academic year, the Salt Campus will see its fourteenth graduating class in Physiotherapy and CAFyD and its sixth in the Double Degree (CAFyD+Physiotherapy). The Bellvitge Campus will see its eighth graduating class, while the Terres de l’Ebre Campus will see its tenth graduating class in both Physiotherapy and CAFyD.
The training courses at the Centre Garbí, which are taught at the Salt Campus, have also begun, all of which are related to health, medicine and sport. New this year is the Higher Level Training Course in Radiotherapy and Dosimetry, while the other usual training courses have also been launched. Five are higher-level courses: Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Technician; Pathological Anatomy and Cytodiagnostics Technician; Dietetics Technician; Teaching and Socio-Sports Animation Technician; and Physical Conditioning Technician. There is also one intermediate-level course: Health Emergency Technician. All training courses are two years long (2,000 hours).
