Lecturer of the subject “Individual Sports” in the Bachelor’s Degree of Sport Science in EUSES and applicant for a PhD in EUSES-UdG. Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science from INEFC (University of Barcelona) in 2011. Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2016 and anthropometrist level 2 of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry in 2016. In addition, he is an associate lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine (University of Girona) of the optional subject “Physiology of Wellness”.
In the professional field he has been involved with professional football teams (Cardiff City FC, UE Llagostera) and currently he works as a physical trainer and sports therapist in SPORTCLINIC. In addition, he is developing his doctorate based on the study of training through eccentric overloads for the improvement of the neuromuscular system in sport, with Azahara Fort and Kristian Thorborg (Copenhagen University) as thesis directors.
