Milos Mallol Soler
Lecturer

Dr Milos Mallol Soler is an exercise physiologist and sports scientist specialising in load monitoring and sports performance in elite sport. She is currently part of the physical conditioning team of FC Barcelona’s first football team, where she undertakes tasks related to internal load control and performance optimisation. She holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and has a research background in areas such as high-intensity interval training, endurance sports performance and load monitoring. She has combined her professional work with teaching at various institutions, including EUSES, and her experience encompasses research, application in high-performance contexts, and specialised training.

His work is characterised by a scientific approach to sports performance, with a particular interest in interpreting physiological responses and developing strategies to optimise athletes’ training and recovery.
