He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and a Master’s degree in Sports Performance: Technical Specialisation and High Level. He also holds a postgraduate qualification in Readaptation to Physical Activity and Competition.
He is a professor at EUSES (a centre affiliated with the University of Girona), teaching on the Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and the Master’s Degree in Return to Physical Activity and Competition. He also speaks at conferences related to performance optimisation in football and tennis.
Since 2007, he has been involved in sports performance and functional readaptation, working with young tennis players and footballers at the Sánchez-Casal Academy and, subsequently, with professional tennis players and footballers at Novaelite Sports Performance. He is currently the founder of the sports technical consultancy Ipsum Sports Services.
