Teresa Masó Gratacòs

Lecturer at EUSES – affiliated centre to the UdG. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, athletic national trainer and sports technician in canoeing.

She combines athletics classes at EUSES with her main job as a teacher in the secondary school. She currently has a part-time secondment of teaching services in the General Secretariat of Sport to develop and coordinate the Catalan Sport Program in the school as commissioner of the Girona regions.

She has experienced athletics in all areas: athlete, coach and judge. Together with Joaquim Fontané they founded the GEiEG athletics school; she has been a technician of the group of long-distance runners and race walkers of the GEiEG, where she trained the Olympic athlete Encarna Granados. She got an ADO scholarship with her as a prize for the third place in the world championship of the 10 km walk.
